Unused TravSim eSIMs may be eligible for a refund within 12 days of purchase if the QR has not been installed or activated.

How refunds work

Submit a request via support with your order ID. Approved refunds typically return to the original payment method in 1-3 business days.

Activated or partially used plans, partner wholesale orders, and promo redemptions where stated as final sale.
